The company "Vik Marble" manufactures products from natural marble and granite, and also supplies blocks, slabs and tiles from stone. The terms of exchange and return are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine and the specifics of natural stone products.
Individual products
Marble and granite products made to individual sizes or in accordance with an approved project (tabletops, stairs, cladding, memorial complexes, decorative elements, etc.) are not subject to exchange and return.
This is due to the fact that such products are created for specific technical parameters of the customer.
Blocks, slabs and tiles
Slabs, blocks and tiles from natural stone can be exchanged or returned only on the condition:
- absence of mechanical damage
- absence of traces of processing or cutting
- preservation of the original appearance of the product
Transportation costs in case of return are borne by the buyer.
Detection of defects
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the agreed parameters, the company checks the product and, if necessary, replaces or eliminates the defects within the agreed time frame.
Features of natural stone
Natural marble and granite are natural materials that have a unique structure, texture, veins and differences in shades.
Natural features of the stone, including variations in color or pattern, are not a defect and cannot be a basis for return or exchange.
Before the start of production or shipment, the material is agreed with the customer.
