The company "Vik Marmuru" works on the basis of preliminary agreement on the order and terms of cooperation.

An advance payment is required to start the production of individual products. The amount of the advance payment is agreed individually depending on the type of product and the scope of work.

Payment can be made:
– by bank transfer;
– in cash;
– by other agreed methods.

The final payment is made before shipment or after completion of installation work (in accordance with the terms of the contract).
Return and exchange

Exchange and return
Natural stone products made to order (countertops, cladding, memorial complexes, decorative elements and other products of certain sizes), in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, are not subject to exchange and return.

Slabs and blocks of natural stone from the warehouse can be returned or exchanged only on the condition:
– no mechanical damage;
– no traces of processing or cutting;
– preservation of the appearance of the product.

Transportation costs in the event of a return are borne by the buyer.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order, the company replaces the product or eliminates the defects within the specified period.

Features of natural stone
Natural marble, granite, onyx and other types of stone are natural materials that have a unique structure, texture, veins, microcracks and differences in shades.

Natural differences in color, pattern and texture are not a defect and cannot be grounds for return or exchange of goods.

Before the start of production or shipment of the plates, the customer is given the opportunity to approve the material.
Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation
Products and raw materials are delivered throughout Ukraine.

Possible options:
– self-pickup from a warehouse or production facility;
– delivery by transport companies;
– delivery by the company’s own transport;
– turnkey installation by professional craftsmen.

The cost of delivery and installation is calculated separately depending on the volume, weight of the product and the region.
Quality guarantee

Quality guarantee
The company "Vik Marble" provides a 10-year guarantee on all products and installation work performed under the terms of a "turnkey" order.

The guarantee applies to:
– quality of product manufacturing;
– compliance with processing technology;
– reliability of assembly and installation;
– compliance of the product with the agreed project.

We work exclusively with natural stone and use professional equipment and proven technologies that ensure the durability and stability of products.

The guarantee does not apply to:
– mechanical damage caused by improper operation;
– violation of care conditions;
– natural changes in the material characteristics of natural stone.

In the event of a warranty claim, the company inspects the product and, if necessary, eliminates defects within the established time frame.
