Payment terms
To start the production of individual marble or granite products, an advance payment is required. The amount of the advance payment depends on the type of product, the scope of work and the complexity of the project and is agreed individually.
Payment is possible:
- by bank transfer
- in cash
- by other agreed methods
The final payment is made before shipment or after completion of installation work in accordance with the terms of the contract.
When ordering blocks, slabs or tiles made of natural stone, the payment terms are agreed separately depending on the scope of delivery.
Supply of marble and granite
The company "Vik Marble" supplies marble, granite, slabs, blocks and finished products throughout Ukraine.
Possible options:
- self-pickup from warehouse or production
- delivery by transport companies
- delivery by the company's own transport
- organization of transportation of large-sized products
The cost of delivery is calculated individually depending on the weight of the product, dimensions and region.
Installation of stone products
We perform installation of marble and granite products on a turnkey basis.
Installation is carried out by professional craftsmen in compliance with technological standards, which guarantees:
- correct installation
- durability
- resistance to loads
- preservation of the appearance of the product
The company provides a 10-year warranty on all turnkey work.
Additional information
Before the start of production, the client agrees on the material, product format and technical parameters. For large projects, it is possible to book slabs or blocks made of natural stone.
Natural marble and granite have natural structural and textural features that are not defects, but confirm the natural origin of the material.
