Delivery of products and raw materials is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine.

Possible options:
– self-pickup from the warehouse or production;
– delivery by transport companies;
– delivery by the company's own transport;
– turnkey installation by professional craftsmen.

The cost of delivery and installation is calculated separately depending on the volume, weight of the product and region.

To start production of individual products, an advance payment is required. The amount of the advance payment is agreed individually depending on the type of product and the scope of work.

Payment can be made:
– by bank transfer;
– in cash;
– by other agreed methods.

The final payment is made before shipment or after completion of installation work (in accordance with the terms of the contract).

5 years warranty

Natural stone products made to order (countertops, cladding, memorial complexes, decorative elements and other products of certain sizes), in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, are not subject to exchange and return.

Slabs and blocks of natural stone from the warehouse can be returned or exchanged only on the condition that:
– no mechanical damage;
– no traces of processing or cutting;
– the appearance of the product is preserved.

Transportation costs in the event of a return are borne by the buyer.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order, the company replaces the product or eliminates the defects within the established time frame.
